Job Opportunity: Head of HR - Plant Operations Location - Odisha Experience - 15-20 Years Industry - Manufacturing/ Textile/ Apparel CTC - Upto 70 LPA Seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our plant operations in Odisha. Some who is having good experience to handle approx 3000 Employees As the Head of Human Resources for India, you will be a strategic leader overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions in the country. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can manage dayto-day operations, provide leadership in the India Project, and ensure the seamless integration of time & attendance and payroll systems. Qualification - • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. • Willingness to travel frequently to project locations
