Responsibilities
Design Engineering – Coordination with Architects, Consultants and internal team for Design Reports, design optimization and drawings for MEP works. Responsible for validating drawings, specifications, method statements, SOPs, design parameters and detailed schedules of these designs required for the delivery of residential & commercial projects. To implement value engineering in design, coordinate with environmental & green building consultants for IGBC/ MoEF clearances. To prepare feasibility reports, BOQ and tender specifications for MEP works. To assist Tendering & Contracts team for preparing MEP bids, estimation, rate analysis etc. Qualifications Deputy Manager / Associate Manager – 8-12 years Working as Mechanical Design Engineer with reputed MEP Consultants or working in MEP Design with reputed real estate developers in Mumbai region.Job tags
