Role Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic Assistant Practice Manager for a full-time remote role. The Assistant Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in day-to-day operations, focusing on team management, client relations, and senior administrative responsibilities. This encompasses handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, conducting AML checks, coordinating training, ensuring practice compliance, and providing support to the Managing Director. Additionally, the role involves overseeing deadline reports, monitoring work progress, and managing firm billing and credit control.

Qualifications: MBA, Economics, Accounting or similar business related.
