We have urgent requirement of Area Sales Manager Under Agency Vertical for below mentioned locations of Maharashtra.
Roles and responsibility:
Recruiting screening and training new agents.
Provide Guidance to agent for achieving targets.
Generate leads from open market.
Build and maintain relationship with customer
Develop team member for more business
Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy
Candidate profile:
Graduation in any stream
Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing
Local candidate required
Good communication skill
Presentation skill
Age: 21 to 38
One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
