Job description
Treeline Business Solution is Hiring for 'Electrical Site Engineer' for Metro Rail projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
JOB TITLE : T&C BMS Engineer DEPARTMENT : T&C Department PROJECT : Riyadh Metro Project ANM Orange Line Duration of the projects: Initially 6 months, it may extend further based on projects progress. Responsibilities Manage all T&C Activities for the BMS Provide test plans and procedures approved by Consultant for Site Acceptance Tests, Performance and Integration Tests Ensure BMS is setup according to approved I/O List Coordinate and Manage BMS Integration with all parties Plan and Monitor BMS T&C Progress at site, provide required progress reports Propose the mitigation and cost saving plans Mobilize required Manpower on time from Subcontractors and Suppliers Provide calibrated tests devices prior to start tests Communicate with Consultant to obtain approval of the tests Reply and close the comments from Consultant immediately Ensure work flow according to QA/QC Plan and Company Policy Coordinate Site Readiness with Construction Team Coordinate Fire Alarm Integration with the Other Systems Attend Site Coordination Meetings Requirements 8-10 years of ELV and/or BMS experience ELV Communication Codes and Protocols knowledge BE in Electrical or BE in ECE or BE in E&I 3-5 years commissioning or test experience Involved mega size project, Railway or Airport Project Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor Degree Engineer, Electrical or Electronic/IT Proficient Computer User, specially MS Office We prefer candidates from India, Sri Lanka, Philippines and Saudi nationals.
