Job Description : Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the marketing team, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to encourage innovation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Content Development : Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Digital Marketing : Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to enhance online visibility.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on strategic planning and campaign management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Salary : 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
