About the role

Dezerv is advancing on a path of growth and is eagerly seeking outstanding wealth experts to become integral members of our team. We are committed to curating a team of professionals who possess profound expertise and enthusiasm for guiding India's affluent and ultra-wealthy individuals in investing within our PMS Structure, always with a steadfast focus on the client's best interests. At Dezerv, you will have a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, actively contributing to the building of client and prospect databases, while also fostering smooth connections between prospects and our team of expert bankers.

What you will work on:

● Create and Build a client database of prospect HNI/UHNI clients & leads, along with their personal contact information.

● Connect with prospective clients and understand their investing behavior and pitch them about our offerings.

● Grow the client database for Dezerv.

● Cold reach out to HNI/UHNI clients & leads via emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc., following up and setting up meetings of client partners with prospective clients.

● Set up meetings between prospective clients and our wealth managers/bankers.

What we expect:

● Understand Investments & wealth products in general (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds etc.)

● Sales experience in financial services like wealth firms, AMCs, VC, Angel Investing- good to have minimum 1-3 years' work experience in Sales.

● Aware of Financial news regularly.

● looking into new sources to generate leads, using VC circle traxn, signal hire, lusha and various portals to fetch information.

● Have excellent communication skills

● Persevering, Enthusiastic, Motivated & Driven.

● Ability to perform in target target-driven environment

● Be mission-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

Education & Certifications:

● BCom or MBA in Finance is preferred

● CFP is preferred

● NISM VA and XXIA certificates (Required with-in 30 days of joining)
