Lead Full Stack Developer
We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Team Lead with expertise in React Native, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, MongoDB and serverless AWS technologies to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. As a Senior Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of our applications. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align technical decisions with project goals. Team Collaboration and Mentoring: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development. Development and Coding: Lead by example through hands-on development, code reviews, and troubleshooting. Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Technology Stack: Expertise in React Native for mobile application development. Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js. Experience with serverless architecture, specifically AWS Lambda and API Gateway. Cloud Services: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, especially those related to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, AppSync, etc.). Optimize applications for cloud deployment. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing. Please make sure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free code. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices in application development. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the development process. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 6 - 10 experience in leading development teams, with a focus on React Native, React.js and Node.js. Experience with GraphQL and Mongo DB. Strong expertise in serverless AWS technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make informed decisions and provide strategic technical direction. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Experience with agile development methodologies.
