We are a nimble and growing organization where everyone’s role is very important for the company’s business success. All team members’ contributions have a direct correlation with the company’s performance in meeting its business and financial objectives. We are hiring an experienced hands-on leader who can take up the responsibilities of managing all BIM projects, client communications and team management. Job Location: Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba) Shift Timings: 6pm to 3am Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays) Work from office only Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Manage all BIM projects' execution - schedule, quality and cost Hands-on with Modeling and Coordination / Clash Detection Manage client communication and team management Guide, train and support team members Skills Required: Hands-on experience of at least 8 years of BIM projects execution involving all disciplines - architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler Thorough knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other design software Educational background - Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Benefits: Exposure to US Projects/Design/Standards Company provides Dinner/Snacks/Tea/Coffee Zero Balance Salary Account with Axis Bank Reimbursable Health Insurance 15 paid leave + 8-10 Public HolidaysJob tags
