Sales Trainer required for a leading organization at Gurugram Salary: 20-22 LPA Education minimum: Graduate Work Experience: 15-25 years Industry Exposure required: S hould have done Direct sales hands on with Sales Training/Experience Travel: Must be open to travelling as per the job requirements IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies: Basic Computer Knowledge Job Responsibilities: • Should be a performer in sales and have a very successful track record of sales • Should have experience of HARD CORE SALES TRAINING and Sales Coaching • Should have worked in a Regional role in Training • Total experience should have more than 12 years in training. • Have some exposure in Induction training for corporate companies. • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure, providing coaching; conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resources • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions • Should be Excellent in Power Point Presentation, preparing daily reports and different training tools. • Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skillsJob tags
