Job description

1. Design, implement, and maintain IT service management processes and practices in alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and organizational objectives.
2. Develop and document ITSM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
3. Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of IT services.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify service requirements and design service catalog offerings to meet business needs.
5. Establish and maintain a configuration management database (CMDB) to accurately track and manage IT assets and configurations.
6. Implement incident, problem, change, and release management processes to effectively manage and resolve IT service disruptions and incidents.
7. Conduct regular audits and assessments of ITSM processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
8. Provide guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders on ITSM best practices, processes, and tools.
9. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT services with business requirements.
10. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in ITSM practices and technologies and recommend strategies for their adoption within the organization
