Centre for Industry 4.0 - C4i4 Lab is an initiative created by the Ministry of Heavy Industry, Government of India. C4i4 Lab is a leading advisor for manufacturing enterprises on Industry 4.0. Our objective is to pave a path for organizational transformation in adapting new technologies. We meet the deliverables on engagements by providing exposure, environment, experience, and education. Currently, we are developing a state-of-the-art experience center to showcase technologies like IIoT, Connected Factory, Artificial Intelligence & Discrete Event Simulation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, developing HR policies, management, and administration of employee benefits and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) management and administration
• Knowledge of Recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
• Experience in human resources is a plus.
