The firm’s Tax Group is led by the firm’s Tax Leader based in London. The Tax Group has three functional areas: Corporate Tax, Partner Tax and Transferee Tax.
The Partner Tax Group is responsible for the tax efficient and accurate delivery of Awards to the firm’s worldwide Partner Group (the ~3,000+ senior employees in ~70 countries who own the firm). This is a highly mobile population, with individual Partners typically working in several countries in any year, and many moving countries permanently.
The Partner Tax Group is led by the Leader of Partner Tax who is also based in London. There are 2 members of the Partner Tax Group currently in India and 8 in London.
You will primarily report to the Partner Tax Director based in India.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will design, implement, and oversee the operation of structures that deliver Partner Award in a tax efficient way that is consistent with the firm’s tax risk standard.
