Summary :
We are looking for a accomplished leader with a comprehensive background in Sales, Growth, and Business Development within the technology sector, particularly in Cloud Computing and related fields. With over 10 years of progressive experience, should have successfully led revenue-growth strategies and executed complex sales initiatives. Expertise spans the complete Product Life cycle Management, encompassing the development of technology products from inception to market launch. Should have a proven track record of driving new business acquisitions, particularly within enterprise software product companies. Qualifications and Behavioral Attributes : - Leadership Experience : Over 10 years of progressive leadership roles in Sales, Growth, and Business Development within growth-stage technology businesses. - Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in diverse sales environments, including enterprise, commercial, and research labs, with a minimum of 5 years of IT services & product sales experience. - Management Skills : Strong management and interpersonal capabilities, enabling effective team motivation, delegation, and performance management. - Results-Oriented : Tenacious focus on results, adept at pursuing leads, converting them, and accelerating sales cycles. - Adaptability : Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, adept at establishing and executing priorities with a sense of urgency. - Technical Acumen : Ability to learn unfamiliar markets, effectively position highly technical offerings, and collaborate with technical experts. - Strategic Leadership : Future-thinking, strategically agile, with a creative leadership mindset, capable of defining ambitious yet attainable plans. - Education : A Masters/MBA/Ph.D. degree is desirable, with awareness and knowledge of trends in Cloud computing. - Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring quality outputs in written, verbal, and visual presentations. Responsibilities : - Lead all IT services related revenue-growth strategies and execution. - Drive Product Lifecycle Management, including technology product development and Enterprise Digital Transformation roadmaps. - Oversee technology selling into Mobility, Cloud, Collaboration & Analytics space. - Define plans and strategies for achieving the company's sales targets. - Own all sales operations and partnerships, providing input into other company functions. - Implement processes for smooth growth and execution of the Sales pipeline. - Build, manage, coach, and support a high-performing sales team. - Translate high-level strategies into ambitious, yet attainable plans. - Work closely with stakeholders to make critical decisions and priority calls. - Drive large complex deals and opportunities in collaboration with senior leaders, becoming a known figure across the industry.
