T he IT Web Application Manager is the no.1 global lead role of our web and .net applications within Esko s Business Application Group and is critical in our transformation to a Digital organization.

The IT Web A pplication Manager will act as a trusted advisor to his team and internal clients. He will guide the team in the Digital IT transformation by having a strong understanding of our platform and people skills to get his ideas and solutions across to stakeholders .
WITHIN YOUR ROLE , YOU WILL
B e a key member in Digital transformation project s .
Lead and guide a web application team which consists of business analysts , web developers , QA engineers for new implementations and maintenance .
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing and deployment. Assure best practices are followed .
Work together with the team to design and test extensions to the application functionality, write requirements and validate the quality of the implementation .
Have a hands-on mentality and assist the team where needed.
Or ganise user groups and build a network wit hin the company to identify areas where the applications can support and enhance business processes.
Id entify areas of improvement and define actions plans.
Lead escalation handling and troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community .
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS :
A m aster s degree in computer science ( or similar)
At least 10 year s of experience in full stack development
At least 5 years of experience in a lead role delivering web application s from start to finish , both conversing and upgrading older websites and in building a new website from scratch
At least 5 years of experience in a role as team lead
A background in front end and backend technologies: .NET , Php , React Js , W eb portal s, APIs, webservices, databases, headless architectures,
Experience with a CMS system ( Wordpress , Sitecore, Drupal, ) , preferably in a headless context
Experience is developing and deploying PowerApps
Experience with setting up Sharepoint portal s
Experience with other application stacks in the Esko landscape is a plus (Salesforce - Mulesoft - AX/D365 - Power BI)
Strong communication and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships .
Proficiency in English, both written & spoken
