Job Title:

SCCM Administrator Location : Pune, India Experience : 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Manage and administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SCCM clients across the enterprise environment. Design, implement, and maintain software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment using SCCM. Perform SCCM server and client upgrades, patches, and hotfixes. Monitor SCCM health, including site servers, site systems, and client status. Troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues and provide timely resolution. Create and maintain SCCM documentation, including configuration guides, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SCCM with other systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and support to junior SCCM administrators and IT staff. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in SCCM administration in a large enterprise environment. Proficiency in deploying and managing SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, site systems, and client management. Experience in designing and implementing software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment using SCCM. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve SCCM-related issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
