Job Purpose / Context :

Bandha is a new Mine (Greenfield Project) where Security Systems & Processes need to be set up. The role holder is expected to plan, monitor and ensure effective deployment of security manpower through 3 rd party for Mine Area & R&R Area of Bandha Coal Block. Effective utilization of technology in security related plans in line with mine development requirements.

Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators

1. Strategic Security Manpower Deployment Planning
2. Study Requirements & Initiate Deployment of technology ( Camera , GPS trackers , sensors & other monitoring technology ) for the mines & R&R Colony
3. Ensure proper security and safety of the mine property through 3 rd party deployment
4. Assess & Monitor 3 rd party for all security related matters
5. Liaison with government agencies e.g Police , Land Department as and when required &

Liaison with local stakeholders as and when required towards safety & security of the mines.

6. Timely reporting of incidences & timely initiatives for closure of incidences ( theft / incursion / arson etc.)

Skills and Experience

.Strong leadership, management and monitoring skills

. Technical excellence in Security Planning & Deployment

. Proven experience in managing security in manufacturing or mining operations

. Experience in Armed Forces / Paramilitary Forces preferred ( Army , BSF , CISF )

. Experience with various technologies available (e.g: Cameras, mobility sensors, GPS trackers )
