Human Resources Business Partner

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Ahmedabad. As a Human Resources Business Partner, the responsibilities include translating HR policies into tangible outcomes, providing strategic guidance and consultation to management, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling performance management.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Ability to manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management
• Familiarity with labor and employment law
• Experience in performance management and coaching
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
