Summary: As a Cloud Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for performing capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments using Microsoft 365. Your typical day will involve working with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure smooth cloud operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
- Ensure smooth cloud operations by monitoring and maintaining the health of the cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Workplace Solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to cloud operations and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Solutions.
- Experience in capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and related technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 and Workplace Solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful cloud solutions.
