Job description
- Excel – v good required. Functional written English, good spoken Gujarati and Hindi required, basic spoken English
- Need excellent understanding and have worked in calculation of pay
- Need intermediate knowledge of ESI, PF, PT related activities, basic idea of TDS, and other statutory items relating to salary
- Manual Calculation of salary, wages based on attendance, HR policy.
- Calculation of production incentive.
- Interaction with staff and workers regarding salary, conflict resolution, feedback, motivation
- Training of new hires about HR and other company policies
- 1 person will report to them, they will report to 1 person
- Involved in hiring of new personnel. Involved in increment
- Involved in issue of items to people
Job Timing : 09:00 AM to 06:10 PM
Working Days : Monday to Saturday, alternate Saturday off
