Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements including budget theme and preferences.
- Develop detailed event plans including timelines budgets and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the event are covered including catering staffing decorations and logistics.
- Menu Planning:
- Work with culinary teams to create customized menus based on client preferences and event themes.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet the highest standards.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests from clients and guests.
- Vendor Management:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers including catering services florists and equipment rental companies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendors to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
- Logistics and Operations:
- Oversee event setup ensuring all elements are in place according to the event plan.

Qualifications:
