Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and nurturing existing accounts to drive business growth in the IT staffing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.

Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.

Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations with prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, fostering trust and credibility.

Lead the contract negotiation process, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and our company.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing prompt and effective resolution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients, expanding business within existing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, including knowledge of market trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing pipelines, tracking activities, and generating reports.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and tenacious approach to achieving goals.

Team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.
