Introduction:
ACENZO LLP is seeking skilled and motivated Senior Architects with 7-10 years of experience, specializing in hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with proficiency in Revit. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading healthcare design projects, focusing on architectural aspects and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead healthcare design projects, focusing on architectural aspects and coordination.
- Proficient in Revit for creating comprehensive architectural models and documentation.
- Provide expertise in healthcare facility planning and design, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly within healthcare projects.
- Lead coordination efforts between architectural and engineering disciplines for cohesive project execution.
- Utilize experience to contribute innovative solutions in healthcare facility design.
- Mentor junior architects and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, codes, and technologies relevant to healthcare architecture.
- Ensure project timelines are met, and deliverables align with client expectations.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of healthcare design standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
