Job description
Project Order work :
BQ preparation based on RFBQ, T-bid & P-bid preparation, Infrastructures planning, Capex requirements for
Project/program, Facilities mapping, Scenario analysis,
Planning :
Detailed study of project requirements, Build sequence & Overall Build Plan preparation, Define Execution
methodology, Scheduling & upload in Concerto, Resource planning, PLM & ERP related work : Project Initiation
i.e. Defining project/contract, Defining milestones
Costing & Estimation :
Project costing, Cost Estimation based on RFP, Project Cost booking scenario to map cash flow projections, TP of
work calculation & submission, ECTC, Cost control & monitoring
Detailed Engg :
Study customer's drawings & Preparation of production drawing
Preparation of Scope Document & Procedure
Execution :
Subcontracting plan & Sourcing. Execution at Vendor's end scope, OBP updates to customers / internal stake
holders, Prepare and release Planning documents (PCR/PCL/Procedures/Handling plans/RCCP-BPD etc.),
Updation / Re-planning Schedules of Level-1 & 2, Co-ordination with shopfloor team for execution of project.
f Progress report to customers, Progress review meetings, Customer's review meetings, Management review
meetings
Others :
1.Understand entire project and its req - Specs, drawings, scope etc.
2. Preparation of DRS (Drawing requirement sheet).
3. Reciept and Storage of Workshop Drawings / Customer Documents. Conversion of Workshop Drawings to Production Drawings and Change Management, Release of production drawings (including part list, Seam list,Scope of work) to production center through DIN & PLM.
4.Release of Subcontracting drawings to stack holders.
5.Study of drawings to generate material requirement estimate. Identify the Critical requirement sheet for material & Finalisation of contingency factor for material estimates.
6.Studying & confirming availability of the material from the available stock and allocating the required material from the available stock through outbound process.
7.Raising PPO for the material not manageable from the available stock. Material Code Preparation and if required add new material in material master.
8.Material Tracking (PPO to IMR Approval and ready to use Condition).
9.Preparation of PCR-PCL, SCR & D'Note preparation for Cutting of Plates Outside L&T.
10.Initiate logistic requirement for material movement.
11.Preparation of manufacturing and installation procedures.
12.Raising PPO/SCR for subcontracting related activities and D'Note preparation for subcontracting activities outside L&T.
13. Ensure fullkiting of material for released production drawings.
14.Ensure all planning documents prepared and released to all stake holders.
15. Resolution of drawing quries from various stack holders.
16.Final documentation of project
