Job Description: In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, engaging, and retaining top-notch talent for our dynamic team. We need someone who can take the helm in defining our HR policies, ensuring compliance, developing a robust performance review system, and creating a compensation strategy tied to performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Design and implement a robust performance review system linked to compensation. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. Requirements: Proven knowledge in HR or related field. People-oriented and results-driven. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
