1.Maintaining the Quality assurance related documents and checklists 2.Ensuring the Food sfety , plant hygiene, personal hygiene of all the staff 3. Maintaining & updating of daily documents & records 4.Training should be given to the staff & all the departments related to food safety 5.Training records need to be maintained 6. Should be up-to-date on the fssai & food safety related information 7.RM & FG quality checks 8.In process Quality checks to ensure the food safety 9.Internal audits scheduling , planning & conducting and the non confirmities should be framed and send to the stakeholders 10.Up-to-date on the regulatory compliances 11.
