Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR policies, managing certificates, renewal of certificates, generating TC and managing scope certificates, personnel management, and employee benefits. The candidate will work alongside the HR management team to ensure all HR-related activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources, Personnel Management, and HR Policies
• Certification knowledge
• Experience in creating and managing employee benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
