Job description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to optimize funding opportunities and facilitate financial collaborations.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of financial principles, including working capital loans, business loans, invoice discounting, and other NBFC-related terms.
- Comprehensive Loan Management:
- Oversee end-to-end processes for various types of loans, ensuring effective utilization, timely repayment, and compliance with NBFC agreements.
- Risk Management and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to financial partnerships, anticipating challenges, and implementing proactive strategies for mitigation.
- Utilize financial data and analytics to evaluate the performance of financial products, assess repayment trends, and optimize financial strategies.
- Innovative Problem Resolution and Coordination:
- Think innovatively to resolve finance-related problems and situations.
- Coordinate with corporates and SMEs to understand finance-related challenges and requirements.
- Strategic Decision Support and SOP Development:
- Assist top management in determining finance-related strategic decisions.
- Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance-related processes.
Qualifications:
- MBA with Finance and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the NBFC sector.
- GPA/CGPA of 8+.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with NBFC partners, corporates, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Very fluent in English.
CTC Expectation: ₹3.5 - ₹7.5 LPA.
