Designation : Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer / Deputy Manager / Business Development Manager

Reports to : General Manager Sales & Marketing

Profile : Individual Contributor

Positions Available in : Mumbai

Job Profile :

· Achieve Sales Targets by visiting potential Customers, Dealers/Distributors, OEMs etc.

· Ensure timely service to channel partners, settlement of schemes, and maintaining required stock levels.

· Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

· Accountability for 100% receivables collection, Margin growth and new business generation.

Experience :

· Minimum of 3 years in selling single-phase motors (general-purpose motors, HVAC application motors, Air cooler motors).

• The hiring manager is specifically looking for candidates with experience in small pumps, FHP motors, agri pumps, electric motors, or pumps, etc. Non-B.Tech/Non-Diploma graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.
