Job description
We're on the lookout for a driven Manager - Inside Sales to lead our Chennai team, playing a key role in our strategic vision. This role is all about managing our sophisticated systems, processes, and tools, and working with a team that's geared up for success. The ideal candidate will energize our inside sales team to actively connect with our Target Account Lists (TALs), build interest, and seamlessly transition leads to the sales team for closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- US Culture Proficiency : Ensure the team is well-versed in US cultural nuances for effective prospect engagement.
- Targeted Market Research for ICP : Perform focused market research tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to create compelling pitches that resonate with our target audience.
- Engagement with Target Account List (TAL): Reach out to selected individuals via phone or email, quickly capturing their interest to facilitate further dialogue.
- Pipeline Development : Collaborate with the Sales team to build and strengthen the sales pipeline in the US market.
- Trend Analysis : Monitor US market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and gain a competitive advantage

- KRA/KPI Management : Measure and monitor key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) diligently, working closely with the team to consistently achieve and exceed set targets.
Note : The list of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Target Account Lists (TALs) to be targeted is already established, with the possibility of expansion in the future.
Required Qualifications :
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape, along with familiarity with the services we provide, will be beneficial.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales management, with specific achievements in the US market
