Role Description:

The role of a Civil/Interior Project Engineer is a comprehensive and pivotal position that involves the management and supervision of workspace interior projects and civil projects from their initiation to completion. As a full-time on-site professional, the Project Engineer assumes a multifaceted role, combining technical expertise, project planning, and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of projects. The primary responsibilities encompass overseeing all aspects of the project life cycle, maintaining adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints, and upholding safety and quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines.

Execution:

• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee the projects, ensuring work aligns with specifications and quality standards.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance and Safety:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.

Problem Solving:

• Proactively identify challenges and develop contingency plans.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Provide regular reports to the project head and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and upcoming milestones.

Client Relations:

• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Solicit client feedback to improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Experience in project management and project engineering.

Ability to lead and mentor technical staff, and work collaboratively in teams.

Proficiency in project planning and scheduling.

Experience in interior project management.

Experience with AutoCAD and other project management software tools.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
