Job description
The Trafficking Specialist plays a supporting role in the trafficking and administration of creative assets that run on Lowe's paid media weight. Working with the Traffic Producer, the Trafficking Specialist assists in the trafficking and management of creative assets across all media platforms, with a focus on Digital Display. In addition, the role helps with the administrative tasks and data reporting that support Media Mixed Modeling and Talent Management functions. The Traffic Specialist also works collaboratively with the Digital Asset Management team to organize and tag creative assets and assists with the upload of these assets into BLUE, Lowe's enterprise DAM platform.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. The Traffic Specialist must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working in specialized trafficking systems
Core Responsibilities - Traffics all Lowe's paid media assets; primary responsibility for Digital Display, including DIY, Pro and Vendor Funded campaigns
- Works collaboratively with internal Producers and Creative partners and external platform contacts
- Prior to trafficking Digital Display assets, performs required QA functions to ensure assets pass HTML code requirements, display correctly, and contain appropriate backup content as required
- Interfaces with customer success team to communicate deliverable updates, and assists in troubleshooting Digital Display issues by coordinating resolution between platform and Internal Creative Team
- Actively works within Google Ad Manager platform to enhance and optimize campaigns including tactical selection, campaign flighting, category inventory balancing and other relevant delivery data.
- Organizes and prepares campaign launch materials including screenshots, proof of delivery as well as all campaign optimizations and end of campaign engagement reports.
- Responsible for tracking and inputting key traffic data and specs weekly
