Job description
Store My Goods is a full-stack, technology-driven startup dedicated to providing affordable, safe, and convenient storage solutions for individuals and businesses. Endorsed by Shark Tank India, we operate in key cities including Noida, Gurugram, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Handle GST and TDS filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Perform GST data preparation and filing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Execute TDS data preparation and filing in compliance with tax regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to assist in financial analysis and reporting. Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation. Conduct payment reconciliation to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions. Assist in budgeting processes and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team. Contribute to the optimization of inventory management processes to minimize discrepancies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in Tally software for accounting purposes. Experience with GST and TDS compliance and filings. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
