As we continue to grow and enhance our digital presence, we are looking for a disciplined and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a robust background in Meta and Google Ads. This role is crucial for driving our online advertising efforts and ensuring our products reach our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) platforms. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Analyze and interpret campaign data to make evidence-based decisions, aiming for continuous improvement in ROI and conversion rates. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while achieving campaign objectives. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our advertising strategies ahead of the curve. Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to the marketing team and senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, in an e-commerce environment. Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives through paid advertising channels. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to guide decision-making. Excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to managing projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with experience in A/B testing and optimizing landing pages and ad creatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.
