Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate

CTC: 4.80 - 6 Lakhs Per Annum
Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in clients at site office, explain them entire project in detail.
- Achieve booking target for the week, month, quarter for the project.
- Conduct property tours and showing actual site to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits of each project.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about project, including pricing, specifications, location, and market conditions, to help clients make decisions.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, budget constraints, and timeline for closing the deal.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and property evaluations to match clients' preferences regarding configurations.
- Facilitate negotiations with clients and closing managers to get the booking.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospect buyers, do a thorough follow up with them to convert these clients to bookings.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, sales techniques, and real estate laws and regulations through ongoing training, workshops, seminars, and professional certifications.
Qualification
- Graduation / post-graduation in any stream
- Relevant closing - real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication
