About Company : Argo Solar Private Limited, is a leading Solar EPC player in the C&I segment with activities across various states in India. The company focuses exclusively on Commercial and Industrial segment working with various customers and developers. Argo Solar’s projects span across UP, NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Company works with C&I customers and leading Developers in this space for various Rooftop and Ground Mounted projects.
Job Description : The Company is looking for an experienced design professional in the solar space who has minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in the design and detailed engineering of Solar PV Systems both rooftop and ground mounted. The candidate should have proficiency in Auto CAD, PVSyst and Sketchup, and have experience of detailed engineering and design of both Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar systems. The role mandates pre-sales engineering, post sales detailed designs, site survey for new projects, coordination with procurement and execution teams, pre dispatch inspections etc. Though it is an office role, candidates should be willing to travel to sites as and when necessary, take ownership of design process and resolve issues during execution. Compensation : Compensation shall be at par with the industry. Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities : • Pre-sales engineering and estimate preparation • Detailed engineering and design for finalization of Design Basis Reports, Detailed Drawings and calculations • Review and finalization of material specifications, data sheets and other technical aspects • Prepare Bill of Material for procurement and construction activity • Resolve execution related issues from design point of view • Coordinate with clients for approval of design documents • Coordinate with vendors for resolving engineering queries, conduct pre-dispatch inspection • Carry out site visits or client meetings as required during pre and post sales operations. Qualifications : • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering • 6 - 8 years' prior C&I solar industry experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in design software – PVSyst, AutoCAD, Sketchup etcJob tags
