Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist at Hamster London in New Delhi. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, retail sales, and maintaining expert knowledge of the products offered. The Retail Specialist will also be tasked with communication and resolving customer complaints. Qualifications Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a team Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn inventory management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred Experience in the retail industry is a plus.Job tags
