ob role is SAP4 HANA/ Group Reporting
Role: SAP – Consolidation / Group Reporting Consultant
· Minimum 8 years of total SAP Finance experience and must have handled at least 1 SAP Implementation in Financial Accounting Consolidation area. Overall experience in designing, developing and deploying solutions in SAP Consolidation / Group Reporting (S4H 2109) areas.
· Application support / enhancement / implementation or hands on experience in SAP Consolidation from Accounting to Reporting including the newer S4H 2109 solution of Group Reporting.
· Chartered Accountant or Intermediate CA or Masters Degree (in Business / Finance / Marketing area)
· Rich Experience in Consolidation
· Candidate will be expected to perform developments / enhancements and provide support in SAP Consolidation / Group Reporting covering following regular aspects:
o Understand business requirements from Tickets assigned (Tool: CRM UHD)
o Perform detailed analysis and checks to acquaint good understanding about the process, where necessary carry out analysis of existing processes
o Do not show over dependence on existing document or expect any form of spoon feeding of information from customer / KT will be extremely less or limited
o Initiate discussions with users / business as necessary to raise relevant questions
o Propose Solution in the ticket. Discuss with IT or Users team as necessary.
o Carry out configurations in Consolidation area
o Perform testing first internally and then support user for testing
o Deployment in line with processes set by client
· Must have good experience in writing documentation with regards to Functional Specification, BPML, User Training Manuals
· Preference to candidates with experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industry
· Analytical thinker having good creativity and problem-solving skills
· Experience in leading the Functional discussions along with key users
· Highly developed interpersonal, Very good communication skill to interact with Business teams to gather business requirements
· Experience to work in an onsite / offshore model / Good team player
· Experience in an Agile environment will be preferred
· Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
· Good to Have: SAP S4H 1709 (or latest) SD or FI Certification, Knowledge of JIRA
