Job description

We are a project-based company situated at New Delhi and having branch offices across northern part of India. We represent world renowned brands from the process automation solution providers like Eurotherm Watlow and Exor and integrate the solutions mostly for Heat-Treatment (Automotive), Lifesciences, Glass and Plastic Industry verticals. We do provide complete compliance-based solutions in aerospace & automotive industries and Pharmaceuticals Industries including PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, VFDs and Control Panels.

We are looking for a ‘Marketing & Business Development Officer’ who work directly with the Marketing Head and Sales Team to promote business and implement key marketing campaigns. Handle Offline & Online marketing profile, the person will take care about all marketing activities like exhibitions, seminars, campaigns, data management, email marketing, lead generation through various marketing resources etc.

MAJOR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work directly with the Marketing Head and Sales Team to design and implement key marketing campaigns. 2. Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results. 3. Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders. 4. Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders. 5. Supporting marketing campaigns and conducting research to understand the company’s customer base and ability to reach campaign objectives. 6. Manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage, and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. 7. Collaborate with Sales team to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects. 8. Attend corporate events and exhibitions and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets. 9. Help gather and analyse data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends. 10. Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, corporate exhibition, and events. 11. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals. 12. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1. One or more years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising. 2. Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions in coral draw. 3. Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member. 4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 5. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. 6. Experience with relevant markets and trends

Industry Preference: Any Industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree/MBA in marketing, business, or related field. Technical Skills – Coral Draw, MS Office, PPT, Outlook Express.
