Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Chennai with flexibility for remote work. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day office support & administrative tasks, client management support, assist in business development activities. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely under the supervision of Senior Manager.

Job Responsibilities

·Admin services – mails management, documentation, meetings & correspondences

· Client Management – extensive co-ordination with clients, meetings and providing updates

·Business development – assist in social media & business development activities

·Market data - Maintain, update various market data, models & system updates

· Compliance & Due diligence – forms submissions, record management, KYC, co-ordination

·Adhocs – logs, journal maintenance & updates, support project activities

·Other admin & other clerical matters as delegated 

Qualifications

·Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English & regional language

·Graduate / MBA from recognized university or college

·Good knowledge and / or experience in financial services will be a plus

·1 to 3 year experience in admin, client management, business development preferred

· Should have good computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office (especially Excel)
