Job description

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in the designated geographical area. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the product/service offerings, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

Sales Presentations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
- Customize presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of individual clients.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Travel
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend events, and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
