Job Overview
We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Barista and possess excellent brewing skills. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to create latte art and serve aesthetically pleasing beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer orders
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all customers
- Maintain knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and coffee equipment
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with proficiency
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workspace
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Assist with daily inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
