Job description
Ongoing responsibilities of Sales Manager:
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients. - Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and SIPs and Asset targets defined each year. - Monitoring of Sales Metrics - MIS, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc. - Plan and execute engagement activities which can help build long lasting relationships and eventually drive sales numbers. What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?- Graduate, preferably MBA - Over 5 years of sales experience, in wealth management / Mutual Fund Industry - High Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets - AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors' Module) mandatory - Should possess relationship management skills / channel management experience. - Strong written and oral communication skills.- Should be fluent in English and local language.
