Job Overview:
RCOR is seeking an amazing creative and experienced Social Media Specialist with a deep understanding of trending software industry platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance RCOR's brand presence, engage the audience, and drive community growth.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with RCOR's brand goals and target audience.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.
- a. Email Marketing
- Identify target audience and grow our email list.
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
- Write newsletters including all company updates.
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
- Create email databases for lead generation.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
2.Content Creation and Distribution:
- Create engaging and shareable content for RCOR's social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
3.Community Engagement:
- Foster and engage with RCOR's online community across social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4.Campaigns and Promotions:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth.
- Utilize paid advertising on social media platforms effectively.
5. Search Engine Optimization:
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and Pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
6.Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and enhance the impact of social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven or related field.
- Proven experience and In-depth understanding as a Social Media specialists, preferably in software development industry
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics
- Experience with graphic design, photo editing, and publishing
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
