Position: Creative Designer
Experience Required: Expertise in Creative Designing, especially in crafting Meta Ads, Reels, and Posts
Working Days: 6 days a week, 4th Saturday off
Location: Lado Sarai, New Delhi, Delhi 110030
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling designs for Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital designs and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
- Create innovative graphics, animations, and video content for social media campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design and industry trends, applying these insights to our creative executions.
- Analyze the performance of creative assets on Meta platforms to guide future design decisions.
- Provide creative support across departments, ensuring cohesive brand experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Meta platform designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
- Exceptional aesthetic, layout, and typography skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and industry trends.
