Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Azure Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Azure-based systems that meet our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Azure developers and engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases.
Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services and applications.
Stay up-to-date with Azure best practices and industry trends to ensure the adoption of the latest technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Azure Tech Lead or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Excellent knowledge of cloud security best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
