Job description

A unique opportunity to work with reputed company, taking charge in dynamic and exciting environment as HR Manager.

Responsibilities: - Execute HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance - Manage recruitment activities and attract the best talent - Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews - Coordinate with hiring managers and provide support throughout the recruitment process - Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliances - Manage employee life cycle events such as onboarding, probation, confirmation, and separation processes - Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee grievances - Conduct regular HR audits and suggest improvements to enhance HR services - Coordinate and facilitate appropriate training programs for employees - Oversee employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields - Proven work experience in core HR field for min 8 years - Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
