AR/ BPO/ Customer Support

This is a full-time role for an AR/ BPO/ Customer Support Executive with on-site work required in Dehradun. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and other office tools)
• Experience in a customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required
