Job description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible to handle high inflow of incoming chats, calls and emails. Ability to resolve complex customer issues whilst working towards achieving agreed operational targets. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Capturing VOCs to identify the continuous improvements opportunities Should have experience in inter department coordination. Maintain the set SLAs while responding to customers Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Preferred candidate profile Any graduate with excellent communication skills. 6 months to 1 year experience preffered. Immediate Joiner preffered

Team Player Communication Skills Understanding of customer care domain Proficient in English Problem Solving Basic knowledge of MS Excel
