Responsibilities : - Build & lead the team of financial advisors from open market who can work on commission basis - Expand the distribution channel by increasing productivity and number of productive distributors - Continuously review and refine the agency model to ensure its effectiveness - Oversee sales compliance of the channel - Assist to design and implement sales & marketing strategies to distribution channel as well as the subsequent monitoring and status update - Empower the team's knowledge and skills through appropriate training and guidance - Make recommendation on product/services development/enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of the Company's products in the market
